Everything GTA 6 in one place β news, confirmed locations, vehicle stats, and weekly event digests. Here is what to expect.
Decoded Six is now live. The goal is simple: be the single place you check for GTA 6 coverage instead of juggling a dozen tabs, half of them repeating the same press release in different words.
What We Actually Cover
We monitor gaming press, official Rockstar channels, and community sources continuously, surfacing the most relevant news and analysis here as it happens β not on a fixed daily schedule, but when there's something real to report. Phase 1 is the news site you're reading now: confirmed details, leak coverage handled carefully, and guides for what you can actually act on before launch.
Phase 2 launches alongside the game itself on November 19, 2026: interactive maps covering every confirmed location and collectible, a full vehicle database with performance stats, weekly event digests once GTA Online is live, and heist guides updated with community-tested strategies instead of day-one guesswork.
How We Decide What's Fact vs. Speculation
This is the part most GTA coverage skips, and it's the one we treat as non-negotiable. Every claim on this site carries a source tier:
- Fully confirmed means it came directly from Rockstar β rockstargames.com, an official trailer, or Rockstar's own press channels. Nothing else clears this bar, no matter how many other sites are repeating it.
- Confirmed-with-source-named covers outlets with verified direct access β a named journalist's own on-record interview with Rockstar North staff, not a secondhand report. We name the specific source and date every time, never blend it into the same tier as Rockstar's own statements.
- Reported, not confirmed covers legitimate gaming press repeating something without direct access of their own. We say "reported by [outlet]," not "confirmed."
- Speculation covers everything else β fan wikis, leaker accounts, forum threads, pattern-matching from how past Rockstar games behaved. We label it "fans speculate" or "based on past patterns," every single time, with no exceptions.
GTA Online mechanics from GTA 5 don't get quietly treated as GTA 6 fact here, even when the pattern is obvious. And we don't run articles about GTA 6 Online's launch, economy, or mechanics at all until Rockstar actually says something about it directly β that mode hasn't launched, and speculating about it dressed up as analysis is exactly the kind of confident-sounding guesswork we're trying not to publish.
Why Leak Coverage Looks Different Here
When gameplay leaks (and GTA 6 has had real ones), we report what's happening β who's posting it, what Rockstar's doing about it, what it means β without hosting, linking, or describing the leaked material shot-by-shot. That's not about building suspense. It's the same call most responsible outlets make: reposting a leak escalates a legal situation that isn't ours to escalate, and it's not necessary to report the news accurately.
Human Review, Every Time
Every article gets reviewed by a person before it goes live β nothing here publishes on autopilot. If something's wrong, it gets corrected as soon as we catch it or hear about it from readers, and we say so when we do.
What's Live on the Site Right Now
You don't have to wait for Phase 2 to get value out of this. Right now:
- News β every confirmed detail and leak update, as it happens
- Guides β pre-order editions, system breakdowns, what to actually do before launch
- Characters β every confirmed name, role, and detail on Jason, Lucia, and the rest of the cast
- Vehicles β the confirmed Ultimate Edition roster and everything else on four wheels (or a hull)
- The GTA 6 Complete Guide β the single-page rundown if you only read one thing on this site
The interactive map and vehicle database get their own dedicated hubs on November 19. Everything above works today.
Bookmark this. Check back as November 19 gets closer β that's when Phase 2 actually starts mattering.
