The HEAT's Vice History
The Vice uniform line has been running since 2017-18. SportsLogos (Tier 2) traces the original white Vice uniform to that season. Black Vice Nights and pink Sunset Vice followed in 2018-19. ViceWave came in 2019-20, ViceVersa in 2020-21. The white Vice returned in 2024-25. Vice Nights ran as the 2025-26 City Edition.
November 18's uniform is described by the HEAT as all-new and completely reimagined. ESPN (Tier 2) calls it a reimagined edition of the popular alternates. Per SportsLogos, it is the franchise's fourth Vice-themed floor.
The fit between GTA and the HEAT's Vice brand is not accidental. Both pull from the same source: 1980s Miami neon, pastel skylines, a city that looks better after dark. Rockstar built a game around that aesthetic. The HEAT have been building a uniform line around it for nearly a decade. November 18 is where those two things formally meet.

The Giannis Storyline
This game has weight beyond the GTA 6 tie-in. Per Bleacher Report and NBC Miami (Tier 2), it is Giannis Antetokounmpo's first game back against Milwaukee since the Bucks traded him to Miami in the 2026 offseason. Miami home game.
That subplot alone would have sold seats. The Vice City overlay makes it something else. Two storylines, one night, one building.

The Uniform, Confirmed Exists, Design Still Hidden
The HEAT wear a Vice City Edition uniform for this game. One game only.
ESPN (Tier 2) describes it as a reimagined version of the team's popular alternate uniforms. The design has not been shown. The HEAT's official page has a backlit silhouette , no colors, no lettering, no number font. Sign-up for the "Uniform Drop" is live. No reveal date is set.
Separately, Kotaku (Tier 1) reported a HEAT shirt referencing the original Vice City's 100%-completion reward sold out. That item was not part of the official Vice City Collection drop.

The Court
Kaseya Center gets new hardwood for one night. The HEAT are calling it "The Vice City Court."
The design has not been revealed. The only public image is a blurred teaser. No color scheme, court markings, or logo placement has been confirmed beyond the name.

What to Expect Inside Kaseya Center
Burger Shot runs four locations inside Kaseya Center: Sections 105, 120, 308, and 324. Cluckin' Bell is in Section 325.
GTA's own fast-food chains, inside an NBA arena. No menu items have been listed in official materials.
The HEAT's press release references special activities continuing from Opening Night and unique game-night activations with details to come. Nothing further has been published. No giveaways announced. No dance-team theming confirmed.

The Rooftop Sign, Already Up
The "Welcome to Vice City" neon sign with the GTA VI logo is already on the Kaseya Center roof. It is not a November 18 reveal.
A crew placed it by helicopter on September 22. First lit October 1. It will be glowing when the Bucks tip off on the 18th. It was already there.
The sign is permanent. Miami-Dade County owns Kaseya Center, and WLRN (Tier 2) reported the county's marketing deal with Rockstar was valued at $975,000 , just under the $1 million threshold that would have required a full commission vote. Mayor Daniella Levine Cava signed it under delegated authority. Some commissioners and Sheriff Rosie Cordero-Stutz opposed it. Rockstar's Bigger Miami Push
The rooftop sign is one piece of a larger campaign. VGC (Tier 2) reports Rockstar has been turning parts of real Miami into Vice City ahead of launch , GTA murals at Wynwood Walls, Vice City-branded buses and taxis running through the city. The November 18 game sits at the center of that push.
